The hotel was in a comfortable location very close to Imamiya train station which is close to Namba/Dotonbori area, the city center and convenience store. The staff was very very helpful and patient all the time. They gave us brand-new and reasonably large apartment with 2 beds.

The location was great and easy, right next to train station, better than I ever had before. Also, a fresh food market was 3 km away. My room was big size and huge room with sufficient amenities, AC, for instance. I had a microwave and crockery.

The family room had comfortable beds and AC, just as expected, with added conveniences like an electric kettle, refrigerator, and cooktop that were a nice touch.

Throughout the day staff were very responsive and helpful. We booked family room with king size beds and loved it.

I stayed here for shopping and I can definitely recommend it. The staff was always friendly and patient. The location is great, very close to Dotonbori and Imamiya train station, which is near the Namba/Dotonbori area, in a very quiet area. Additionally, the Liberty Osaka Museum is located in the immediate surroundings.
